To mitigate the destress caused due to COVID’19 pandemic, Finance Ministry has introduced a relief scheme called Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme (ECLGS). This initiative is taken to provide credit facilities to individuals for own business purposes/ Business Enterprises /MSMEs

In order to support this initiative and to help revive business operations, L&T Housing Finance Limited/L&T Finance Limited is offering Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme (ECLGS) to its existing eligible customers.

Brief of the scheme:

Term loan up to 20% of the entire outstanding credit as on 29th February 2020

Applicable for all business’s and MSME’s having a total outstanding credit up to 50 Crores as on 29th February 2020.

The scheme is offered for 4 years with 1-year moratorium on principal repayment.

There should not be a payment overdue of more than 60 days with any Financial Institution as on 29th February 2020.

The facility is extended till 31st Mar 2020 or Utilization of 3 lakh crore under this scheme whichever is earlier.
